Internship Pathway for AI Agent –
Digital Marketing
We believe in nurturing future-ready talent through a structured growth journey. Our internship program follows a progressive process designed to identify, groom, and onboard high-potential candidates into impactful roles.
1. Application & Interview
Candidates apply online and undergo a structured interview.
Assessment is based on analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and passion for AI in digital marketing.
2. Probationary Learning Phase (3 Months, paid only in knowledge)
Selected candidates enter a three-month probationary period.
During this phase, interns will:
Work on live AI-driven digital marketing projects.
Gain exposure to industry tools and practices.
Receive close mentorship and performance evaluations.
3. Paid Internship Phase
Successful probationers graduate into a paid internship.
This stage emphasizes ownership of projects, advanced experimentation with AI tools, and measurable impact on campaigns.
Stipend and performance-based rewards are offered.
4. Full-Time Career Opportunity
Upon successful completion of the internship and graduation from college, top performers will be offered full-time positions. .
