Celebrating Women Trailblazers on International Women’s Day
On March 8th, we honored the strength, resilience, and courage of women across all walks of
life, including female truck drivers who shared their powerful stories of overcoming challenges.
A huge shoutout to Truck Taxi for partnering with us in this inspiring celebration. Together, we continue to empower women to drive their dreams forward!
AIC RAISE at the ScaleUp Incubator Program!
On March 4th and 5th, our Associate Lead, Mr. Dinu Anand, represented AIC RAISE at the
ScaleUp Incubator Program organized by StartupTN and CREST IITM at IIT Madras
Research Park
With over 100 incubation managers and ecosystem enablers, the event provided valuable
insights into building sustainable and impactful incubation models. These learnings will
help us further strengthen the startup ecosystem at AIC RAISE.
Hands-on Workshop on Advanced Nanomaterials
Our one-day hands-on training and workshop on Advanced Nanomaterial Synthesis took
place on March 14th, 2025, at AIC RAISE, bringing together students, faculty, research
scholars, startups, and industry professionals to explore cutting-edge nanotechnology
innovations.
Workshop Highlights:
- Introduction to Nanomaterials & Biocomposites – Experts shared insights into the latest advancements in nanoscience and its applications in various industries.
- Hands-on Nanomaterial Synthesis – Participants had the opportunity to synthesize and characterize nanomaterials using advanced lab techniques.
- Characterization Techniques & Applications – The workshop covered high-precision tools and methodologies used to analyze nanomaterials for industrial and commercial
applications.
This workshop provided a practical learning experience, equipping participants with critical skills and knowledge for future research and innovation in nanotechnology.
GENESIS Kickoff Camp: Supporting Startup Growth
We proudly onboarded the GENESIS EIR Grant Winners as Dr. Nagaraj Balakrishnan, CEO
& Vice President of AIC RAISE, signed MOUs with the selected startups, marking the
beginning of their entrepreneurial journey with us

Celebrating Startup Achievements
- Enfreshy, one of our incubated startups, received the Innovation Voucher Program (Voucher A) from EDII-TN, worth ₹2 Lakhs!
- Fabrula, another incubated startup, also secured an Innovation Voucher from EDII-TN for their groundbreaking work in fabric design!

Inspiring Visit by Shriram Parameswaran
We were honored to host Mr. Shriram Parameswaran, Founder & CEO of LifeMaximum and mentor at Gopalakrishnan – Deshpande Centre for Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
His insights and mentorship have left a lasting impact on our incubated startups, igniting new ideas for growth and creativity!
GameXcelerate – A 24-Hour Gaming Hackathon!
Our gaming hackathon, held on March 24th & 25th, 2025, brought together 30+ talented
participants for an immersive 24-hour coding challenge focused on game development,
design, and monetization.
Event Highlights:
- Game Design & Development Session – Mr. Sai Shyam Sundar, Executive Producer at Xpress Gaming Private Limited, delivered an engaging talk on game mechanics, storytelling, and user engagement.
- Night-Long Game Development – Teams worked tirelessly overnight, brainstorming and building interactive and visually captivating games.
- Game Monetization Session – Mr. Siddarth Kengadaran, Product Design & Strategy Consultant at TheProductGuy, shared revenue strategies, market trends, and business models for indie game developers.
- Judging & Winner Announcement – Industry experts Mohana Priyan (UNITY Game Developer) and R. Aswathram (Game Designer) evaluated projects based on creativity, technical execution, and gameplay experience.

Driving Climate Action: Climate Corridor – Chennai Edition
The Climate Corridor – Chennai Edition, held on March 29th at Startup TN HQ, Nandanam,
gathered 70+ changemakers, experts, and climate enthusiasts to accelerate impactful
solutions in sustainability, waste management, and decarbonization.
